These 2 hour webinars will be delivered online.
All you will need is a computer or laptop.
You will be sent a registration link once you have enrolled.
You will not need to download any software onto your computer.
It is recommended that you book for all 4 sessions.

Day 1. The Fundamentals of Human Nutrition. Macronutrients. Micronutrients. Digestion. Malabsorption syndrome. Metabolism.
Day 2. Diet, Lifestyle and Health.  Diet related disorders and symptoms. Educational aids. Food selection guides and diagnostic tools.
Day 3. Food Selection and Dietary Evaluation. 
Day 4. Factors that influence food choices. Disordered eating. Selection and preparation of food. Development of healthy eating patterns. Behaviour modifications.  

Individualised requests within individual core and option topics will be gladly accommodated by the Seminar Leader.

Seminar Leader: Ms Jana Pitsadiotis B Nutrition and Food Science, MEd (Biology and Nutrition)
Jana has many years experience teaching Stage 2 Nutrition and has at her current school implemented the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Nutrition programs. Jana's passion for the subject has assisted many of her students achieve excellent results.
